These terms apply to the SKINFORMAT website and purchases from SKINFORMAT, operated by Max Rimberg. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Orders and availability
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. We currently accept orders for delivery to the United States only.
Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unfulfilled items. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; it does not guarantee dispatch.
Prices, payments and offers
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The available payment methods and any applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you submit payment.
- One 40 ml ampoule: $49, plus $10 US shipping.
- Two ampoules: $98, with free US shipping.
- Three paid ampoules plus one complimentary ampoule: $147, with free US shipping.
The 3 + 1 offer adds one complimentary ampoule for every three paid ampoules in the same order. Any additional offer conditions are displayed with the offer or at checkout. Prices and availability may change for future purchases.
If an obvious pricing or product-information error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected order, subject to applicable law.
Shipping and delivery
Orders ship from China to the United States. Estimated delivery is 6–9 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs processing, carrier disruption and holidays can affect delivery.
US shipping is $10 for one bottle and free when you buy two or more bottles. Taxes or import charges may apply. Amounts we collect are shown at checkout; any charges assessed separately by authorities or carriers are governed by applicable import rules.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law, including consenting to a delay or canceling for a refund. Contact us if your order is overdue, missing or arrives damaged.
Cancellations and returns
To request cancellation before dispatch, email Skinformat.office@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has already shipped, the return process applies.
Our Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day return window, eligibility, return shipping and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights in relation to damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered goods.
Product information and use
Our products are cosmetic skincare products. Follow the directions and ingredient information on the packaging. They are intended for external use only; the serum applicator is for topical application, not injection.
Product descriptions are not medical advice or a promise to treat or cure a disease. Cosmetic results vary with the person, routine and complete formulation. Stop using a product if irritation occurs and seek professional advice when needed.
Photographs and screen settings can affect how a product’s color or packaging appears. Usage-duration estimates depend on the amount and frequency applied.
Website use and intellectual property
Our branding, original content, photographs and website design are owned by or licensed to SKINFORMAT. You may use the website for personal shopping and information. Commercial reproduction or use of our materials requires permission, except where permitted by law.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful content. We may restrict misuse as permitted by law. We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions or errors can occur.

Your rights and disputes
